Purchase through website

If you are not satisfied with Skoove, you can receive a full refund if you contact us (letter by post: Learnfield GmbH, Karl-Marx-Allee 85, 10243 Berlin, Germany, e-mail: info@skoove.com, or contact form) within 14 days of your purchase. If your subscription includes a trial period, then you cannot receive a refund after the trial ends.

Purchase through iOS app

When you subscribe to Skoove in the iOS app, you are entering a contract with Apple where the terms of use and payment of Apple apply. You can get in touch with Apple Customer Support for more information about Apple’s terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds.
