By purchasing a Voucher, you (the &#8220;Purchaser&#8221;) agree to these T&amp;Cs.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Distributor and Contractual Partner<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The distributor and your contractual partner for this purchase is:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learnfield GmbH<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karl-Marx-Allee 82<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10243 Berlin, Germany<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-Mail: info@skoove.com<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Voucher Options<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We offer two Voucher options:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>3 Months Skoove Premium Subscription:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Grants the Recipient 3 months of access to the Skoove Premium features within the Skoove app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>1 Year Skoove Premium Subscription:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Grants the Recipient 1 year of access to the Skoove Premium features of the Skoove app.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Voucher Use and Limitations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vouchers are for one-time use only and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renewals are not automatic with any Voucher purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Voucher Delivery and Scheduling<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can choose to:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Email the Voucher:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Schedule the Voucher to be delivered to a recipient&#8217;s email address at a chosen date and time or immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Print the Voucher:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Print the Voucher for physical gifting. Download and print instructions will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> Redemption Process<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regardless of delivery method, the Recipient will receive instructions on how to redeem the Voucher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Recipient must signup at skoove.com, enter the voucher code in the account section, and then download the skoove app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voucher validity periods are:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 Months Skoove Premium Subscription: Valid for 3 months from the date of activation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Year Skoove Premium Subscription: Valid for 1 year from the date of activation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until the gift voucher is activated, it has no expiry date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> User Agreement<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to these T&amp;Cs, the Recipient&#8217;s use of the app is subject to the Skoove User Agreement, which can be found <a href=\"\/blog\/terms\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> Disclaimer<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skoove disclaims any warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the app&#8217;s content for learning piano. You and the Recipient agree to use the app at your own risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b> Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skoove shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Voucher or the app, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b> Termination<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skoove reserves the right to terminate the Voucher or access to the app for any reason, with or without notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><b> Customer Service and Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For any questions or concerns regarding your Voucher purchase, please contact us at info@skoove.com.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).
